My neighbor beats his wife quite often. I know this because they fight loudly and the whole neighborhood can hear them.

They are richer than most of us and rarely talk to us. Infact they don’t seem to want to talk to us neighbors.

The wife, a very beautiful young woman never has any visible bruises and also rarely talks to anyone so sometimes we doubt if there’s any physical abuse going on until it happens again.

We have reported to the area authorities but nothing has been done or said.

They told us to mind our own business that we should let the couple be.

Is it wrong to intervene in person? By going to interrupt the fights? The sound of their fights are traumatising.
