My husband chooses schools for our three children according to their performance and he keeps changing the schools.

All the children are in primary. If one performs well this year, the next year he will be taken to a good school, whoever performs below a pass mark set by the father is taken to a random school the next year.

He says it’s to promote competition and hard work. One of the children has never performed as well as the father wants so he is always in a funny school.

He has even become very defiant and his esteem is quite low but his father doesn’t want to acknowledge these things.

I believe in hard work and competition but this, I don’t believe in. What should I do?
