We have a special needs child who is turning four this year. My partner doesn’t like him.

He doesn’t touch of even look at him directly. He doesn’t help on taking care of the child at all.

He doesn’t even want to talk about his behavior towards the child.

His relatives are the same. When they visit, they don’t want to see the child. They are only happy to see and interact with our other two children. Please advise.
