She’s Tired of Working

I have been married for 14 years and in all that time, my wife and mother of our three sons has never worked.

She is a university graduate and had a job when we met until the second year of our marriage.

When she got pregnant with our first child, that was the end of work. I thought she would return but she always postponed.

I suggested businesses and we would talk about them, brainstorm, even do research, call people for advice but she was never willing to actually start any of the businesses.

We would be far financially if she was helping me but instead, we are here struggling.

Our last borne is now 7 years and spends the whole day at school like the other two.

I recently reintroduced the idea of a business and she told me that she is too old to go hustling.

I still want her to make some money, infact, even if she makes it and spends it on herself alone, it would be better than not working at all.

Should I stop hoping? How can I get her to change her mind?
